Returns & RMA Policy


Returns


All merchandise distributed through Education With a Profit Foundation (EWPF) programs and initiatives is fulfilled by The Tee Shirt Store. Because many items are custom-printed as part of student entrepreneurship projects, returns are limited and require prior authorization.


Requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Before returning any item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.


To obtain an RMA number, please email:

In your email, please include:

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number (if available)
  • Item(s) you are requesting to return
  • Reason for the return (printing error, defect are the only options)

Once issued, the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

 

Items Eligible for Return

 

  • Most items may be returned only in the event of a verified printing error or production defect.
  • All returned items must:
    • Be in new, unused condition
    • Be returned in original packaging
  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or use are not eligible for return.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return


The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Items returned more than 30 days after receipt
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items showing noticeable wear or use
  • Custom-printed items without a confirmed printing or production error

 

Refunds

  • Approved returns for refund must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

 

Exchanges or Store Credit

 

  • Approved exchanges or store credit requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please indicate your preference (replacement, exchange, or store credit) when requesting your RMA.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or program participant.
  • Education With a Profit Foundation and The Tee Shirt Store do not reimburse return shipping charges.

 

How to Return Your Items

 

  1. Contact Customer Support at help@theteeshirtstore.com to request an RMA number and return address.
  2. Clearly indicate whether you are requesting a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  3. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous location on the outside of the return package.
  4. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method.

 

Returns

To return a The Tee Shirt Store product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at help@theteeshirtstore.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned if there is an error in printing. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and address. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
